Return & Exchange Policy
Please verify that you have purchased the correct model and that it fits your size when you receive your shoes.
If the size number is wrong or there is a manufacturing defect in the shoe, you can proceed as follows. Please contact us before making any returns.
1. If you bought the wrong model
If the product you receive is different from what you ordered or has a manufacturing defect, you can return the shoes within 30 days from the date you received them. In order to return the shoes, they must be unused. Please pack the shoes in the same way you received them before returning them. Ship the shoes to Korea via international shipping. You will be refunded points that you can use on our website. In the event that we send the wrong shoes, we will start production immediately after notification. We will send you the correct model as soon as you send us the tracking number of the shoes you returned.
2. If the size does not fit
If the shoes you receive do not fit you, you can request a size change within 30 days from the date of receipt. You can only change the size once, no other changes can be made. In order to return the shoes, they must be unused. Please pack the shoes in the same way you received them before returning them. Ship the shoes to Korea via international shipping. We will not cover the shipping costs to Korea, but we will cover the shipping costs of the new shoes from Korea. Your satisfaction and tango happiness is our priority. Tango shoes are 7.5, 9 and 10 cm.

Most of the pictures in the online store are 9 or 10 cm.
The standard is 9 cm for women and 2 cm for men.
10 cm for women is recommended for beautiful design and high performance.

If the shoes do not fit your feet properly, you must return them within 2 weeks, maximum 4 weeks, using the contracted cargo code we will send you.
