When you receive your shoes, please verify that you have received the correct model and that they fit you perfectly.
If the size number is wrong or there is a manufacturing error in the shoe, you can proceed as follows. Please contact us before making any returns
1. If you received a wrong model
If the product you receive is different from what you ordered or has a manufacturing defect, you can return the shoes within 30 days from the date you received them. In order for the shoes to be returned, they must be unused. Please package the shoes as you received them before returning them. Ship shoes to Korea via international shipping. The points you can use on our website will be refunded to you. In case we send the wrong shoes, we will start production immediately after notification. We will send you the correct model as soon as you send us the tracking number of your returned shoes.
2. If the size does not fit
If the shoes you purchased do not fit your size, you can request a size change within 30 days from the date of receipt. You can only change the size once, no other changes can be made. In order for the shoes to be returned, they must be unused. Please package the shoes as you received them before returning them. Ship shoes to Korea via international shipping. We will not cover the shipping costs to Korea, but we will cover the shipping costs of new shoes from Korea. Your satisfaction and tango happiness is our priority. Tango shoes are 7.5, 9 and 10 cm.

If the shoe does not fit your foot properly, you must return it within 2 weeks, maximum 4 weeks, with the agreed shipping code that we will send to you.

For exchange and refund, please notify the cargo company before delivering it.
