DELIVERY & RETURN

If the shoes do not fit your feet perfectly, you need to return them within a maximum of 2 to 4 weeks using the return shipping code we will provide.

Please notify us before handing over the return package to the courier company for exchange.

We can only change the size or measurements of the product you ordered. Other than that, changes in color or design are not accepted if the product remains at the same price value.

For requests involving color or material changes, an additional 30% will be charged.

For returns, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The return shipping fee for the exchange will be covered by us.
