DELIVERY & RETURN

If the shoes do not fit your feet properly, you must return them within 2 weeks, maximum 4 weeks, using the contracted cargo code we will send you.

For exchange and return, please notify the cargo company before delivery.

We can only change the number and size of the product you ordered. Other than that, color or design changes are not accepted at the same price value purchased.

An additional 30% will be billed for any color or material change request.

For a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The return shipping cost you send to us for exchange will be covered by us.
